Shipping & Returns

Basic Shipping charges are flat rate of $5.95 per item and will be shipped USPS.
If possible, we will include multiple items in the shipping box up to and not exceeding 5 items per box.

UPS Shipping is available and will be charged at the rate that UPS charges from Lenoir, NC to your delivery point in addition to the $5.95 flat rate.
You will need to notify us if you desire UPS.

Transit times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping - Contiguous US only. Estimated Shipping time: 4-10 business days.
• Quick Shipping - Contiguous US only. UPS 3-day Select. Shipping time: 2-4- business days.
• Rush Shipping - Contiguous US only. UPS 2-Day Air. Shipping time: 2 business days.
• Postal Shipping - AK, HI, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and US Territories. USPS shipping time: 5-25 business days.
• International - For all Canada, UK, Australia, etc. orders. USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 5-25 business days.
Delivery Policy: Merchandise will be shipped within 10 business days of order being received. Shipping is usually via UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise at checkout. Return/Refund Policy: No returns, unless error is made by manufacturer. Notice of any defect or error must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise. No returns without advance authorization from manufacturer.
