Mine by Design Studio Return and Refund Policy

1. General policy-

At Mine by Design Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Since our items are sometimes handmade, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please review our full policy below. 

2. Returns and refunds-

Items eligible for return: You may request a return within 15 days of your purchase. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items not eligible for return:    *Custom or personalized orders*  These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was a mistake on our part.    *Sale items*  All sales are final on discounted products.

3. Damaged or incorrect items-

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within  7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and offer a replacement or a full refund. 

4. How to initiate a return-

• Email us: Contact us at info@minebydesignstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Receive instructions: We will respond with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
• Ship the item: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds-

Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Refund issue: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically

 be applied to your original method of payment.
