Mine by Design Studio Return and Refund Policy

1. General policy

At Mine by Design Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. 

Since our items are sometimes handmade, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please review our full policy below. 

2. Returns and refunds

Items eligible for return:

You may request a return within 15 days of your purchase.

The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized orders: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was a mistake on our part.

Sale items: All sales are final on discounted products.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within  7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and offer a replacement or a full refund. 

4. How to initiate a return:

· Email us: Contact us at info@minebydesignstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

· Receive instructions: We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

· Ship the item: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as   we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Refund issue: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
